EY Amadeus deal
ETIHAD Airways has signed a “landmark deal” with Amadeus to adopt the full Amadeus Altea Passenger Service system.
The multi-year pact is part of a major digital transformation for EY, which will implement the entire full suite including web booking, revenue management, data management and passenger servicing solutions.
The platform, used by many other carriers such as Qantas, Japan Airlines, Lufthansa and Singapore Airlines, promises to “improve the experience of guests, staff, travel agents, Etihad Guest members and corporate customers,” the carrier said.
