Australia hits halfway mark

MORE than 50% of Australia’s population has now received two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine, with Health Minister Greg Hunt this morning unveiling the milestone achievement which sees us inching closer to that magical 80% reopening mark laid out in the National Cabinet plan.

The latest figures (pictured) also indicate 74.8% of Aussies have had their first dose, meaning the tantalising red line where the removal of travel restrictions has been promised is within sight.
