Enough is enough
DELTA Air Lines (DL) has called on other carriers to share their “no fly” list to protect air workers from violent passengers.
In a memo sent internally by DL Senior Vice President In-flight Service Kristen Manion Taylor, the airline said it wanted to further protect employees by cooperating with competitors to form a list of banned customers.
The call for cooperation follows a sharp increase in unruly passenger behaviour in the US, with 3,100 reports of plane violence between Jan and Jun.
