The historic town of Water Valley, not far from the border with Alabama, includes a barn, and four general stores.

There is also a creekside home which was also built around the 1900s, which the listing suggests could be perfect for a bed & breakfast.

The listing has drawn comparisons to the Canadian hit sitcom Schitt’s Creek, in which a formerly wealthy family is forced to settle in a small town it had previously purchased.
