The overall project consists of various tourism sub-projects, offering diversity in experience, ensuring repeat visitation and continued relevance.

Located in the heart of NSW’s opportune Central Coast, the redevelopment of Old Sydney Town presents a convergence of cultural recreation, entertainment and diversity. Featuring 120 hectares of high priority area as a part of the Central Coast regional plan 2036, the project will leverage its established location and visitor base, extending visitation in excess of one and a half million visitors per year.
