James Dunne at Ki­netic Rev­o­lu­tion has iden­ti­fied a num­ber of points that could be con­tribut­ing to my chain of in­juries. He rec­om­mends that I slightly shorten my stride and en­sure my foot is land­ing un­der my cen­tre of mass in­stead of slightly in front. He’s given me a list of mo­bil­ity and strength­en­ing ex­er­cises to be com­pleted five times a week. They range from pranc­ing about on my toes to gen­tly thrust­ing in a lunge po­si­tion with my leg on a bench. If I can com­plete them in pub­lic I’m sure I’ll be able to do any­thing.
