James Dunne at Kinetic Revolution has identified a number of points that could be contributing to my chain of injuries. He recommends that I slightly shorten my stride and ensure my foot is landing under my centre of mass instead of slightly in front. He’s given me a list of mobility and strengthening exercises to be completed five times a week. They range from prancing about on my toes to gently thrusting in a lunge position with my leg on a bench. If I can complete them in public I’m sure I’ll be able to do anything.
