If you’re strug­gling with fore­arm pains while prac­tis­ing your sculling, it’s prob­a­bly be­cause you’ve not en­gaged these mus­cles be­fore. Try us­ing a grip strength trainer to train this area when you’re at home. Also, make sure you warm up, mo­bilise and stretch the area be­fore at­tempt­ing sculling drills.
