• Keep­ing your body straight, hold the ball against the wall. • Lift your leg out be­hind you and then bend your out­side leg into a sin­gle leg squat, enag­ing your glutes and press­ing the ball against the wall. • En­gage your core for bet­ter bal­ance and keep your chin par­al­lel to the floor.
