Whole lotta love

TV Soap - - Exclusive Interview! -

“It’s the most beautiful new chapter for us.”

After springing her surprise baby news – it’s a boy! – on the set of the super-soap, the dawning reality of impending motherhood is slowly sinking in for Jacqueline MacInnes Wood, who stars as Steffy.

“[I’m excited about] how much love I am going to give,” the stunner says. “I feel like I am a happy, positive person, and it’s the most beautiful, yet scary new chapter because of the amount of love that I am going to give this child!”

It will be a first child for Jacqueline and elan Ruspoli, who were engaged late last year before eloping in July. The actress is about six months pregnant but her co-stars had no idea until she revealed all on the set. Sashaying down the catwalk in skimpy lingerie, she exclaimed, “I just wanna let you all know: your girl is pregnant! I’m pregnant!”

courtney Hope, who plays Sally, says, “I’m so surprised. I had no idea. And it’s super weird because I work with her all the time.”

executive producer and head writer Brad Bell was about the only one who knew. “She told me

“I’m still shaking at the news – it’s such a surreal moment.”

about a month ago, and she told me in person [and] came up to my office,” he says.

“I’m thrilled. I’m a father of four kids myself, and she’s just fallen in love with her husband – and now she’s falling in love again with a child. It’s just a wonderful, wonderful thing.”

Jacqueline adds, “I’m still shaking, my hands are shaking, my body is shaking, but it’s such a surreal, beautiful moment and I’m happy to do it with people that I love.

“[For tips] I’ll probably go to Katherine Kelly Lang, John Mccook... there are a lot of people here that I know are going to give me really good advice. There are people [on the show] that I can lean on.”

Steffy’s not long had a baby so the pregnancy won’t feature on B&B. “[You’re going to see] Steffy holding things, Steffy behind desks,” she jokes. “Whatever work wants to throw at me, I’m game!”

JOY TO THE WORLD Two are set to become three...

BLESSED! Elan and Jacqueline can’t wait for the happy event
