Each day, produce is picked fresh from the gardens and farm and served in restaurants Marle and Hearth. It is a country haven with a progressive vision.

Slowly formed in the minds, hands, and crafts of extraordinary people, Heckfield Place has been expertly brought forward into one narrative by the Chan family. Under the ceaseless and innate innovation of their stewardship, the estate creates a holistic environment helmed by General Manager Olivia Richli, along with Culinary Director Skye Gyngell.

In the rooms, Heckfield’s grandeur quickly becomes intimate and familiar. Their individual character – from the Friends Rooms to the spectacular Signature Rooms – is written in the natural materials and craftsmanship found throughout. There are six distinctive room types in the main house, off the corridors, and within the grounds.

With restorative treatments and exclusive products from the Wildsmith Skin natural skincare range, the Little Bothy spa is the perfect place to unwind. Guests have access to five treatment rooms, three studios for personal training, yoga and Pilates and a movement studio from the lifestyle specialists at Bodyism.

In Marle and Hearth restaurants and The Moon Bar, Culinary Director Skye Gyngell’s team prepares food and drink that celebrates simplicity, the seasons, and a sense of place.

Using a pared-back style of cooking, diners experience the excitement and immediacy of food served straight from the earth. Marle is open for reservations to both residents and outside guests.
