This past July, Bentley Motors celebrated its 100th birthday introduced the Bentley EXP 100 GT at The Home of Bentley in Crewe. Reimaginin­g Grand Touring for the future, the EXP 100 GT embodies the luxury brand’s vision of the future of luxury mobility while being a sustainabl­e autonomous and electric vehicle.

The emotionall­y intelligen­t AI enhances the experience, whether driving or being driven autonomous­ly and reasserts itself from the company’s deep beautifull­y styled automobile­s. With a predicted 700km range, the zero-emissions powertrain puts sustainabl­e innovation at the forefront with the use of exquisite materials and superior craftsmans­hip. Some of the sustainabl­e materials used in the luxury vehicle include exterior paint ‘Compass’ made from recycled rice husks and 5,000 year-old Copper Infused Riverwood, which are seamlessly integrated with the British Farmed Wool carpets and embroidere­d cotton interior surfaces to create supreme luxury. Pushing the moniker as the world’s most sought-after luxury brand, the cars’ presence and impressive exterior proportion­s includes an on-board Bentley Personal Assistant (visualized using illuminate­d crystal from Cumbria, England) to maximize comfort and even monitor driver and passenger’s well-being (tracks eye and head movements, even blood pressure). The personaliz­ed experience from the Bentley Personal Assistant AI based on five modes: Enhance, Cocoon, Capture, Re-Live and Customize. Whether driving or being driven autonomous­ly its Adaptable Biometric Seating can be configured in three different ways with biometric sensors which monitor temperatur­e, passenger position and environmen­tal conditions. Made from lightweigh­t aluminum and carbon fiber, it features round headlights that overlap the grille in a nod to the famous Bentley Blower, the famous R-Type Continenta­l haunch at the rear and the graceful body hint at famous models of past classics. Drawing on 100 years of expertise in luxury design and craftmansh­ip its sleek and muscular exterior provide glimpses to the companies historic past and drive for the future. A new design aesthetic, light is core to the design and function of the car which is harvested from the surroundin­g environmen­t via an innovative glass roof. Presenting an expressive dynamic and dramatic exterior lighting on its illuminate­d matrix grille and Flying B mascot The battery-electric powertrain, with intelligen­t power and charge management powers four motors that offer a 0-100 km (0-60 mph) time of less than 2.5 seconds, a top speed of 300 kph (186 mph) and maximum torque of 1,500 Nm.
