The Silo – the pride of Cape Town

The Silo Hotel, one of the most eagerly anticipated hotel openings in the world, swung its stylish doors open on 1 March, 2017. Part of the Royal Portfolio, the hotel was built in the grain elevator of a historic grain silo complex in the centre of Cape Town, above what will become the Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa, opening in September 2017.
