Virgin Australia adds flights

Virgin Australia has commenced flights between Melbourne and Los Angeles, with five flights a week on board Boeing 777-300ER aircraft. Virgin now services Los Angeles from Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney. Business class guests will experience ‘The Business’ suites on these flights, as well as on all other flights on the A330 and B777 fleet. All seats in The Business have direct aisle access, as well as Luke Mangan-designed menus paired with premium wines.

Virgin has also announced that it has teamed up with Air New Zealand to offer night flights into Queenstown from Sydney and Brisbane, and has applied to operate flights into Hong Kong and China with a proposed alliance with HNA Aviation, Hong Kong Airlines and HK Express.
