Shangri-La has opened its second property in Harbin, China’s fabled city of ice, with the Songbei Shangri-La now welcoming guests. Located on the shore of the Songhua River’s north bank in the heart of historic Songbei’s business district, the new property is a convenient five-minute drive from the internationally renowned ice festival at the Ice & Snow World. Other attractions in the surrounding neighbourhood include the Sun Island Garden, Siberian Tiger Park and Harbin Great Theatre.
