Explorers can now experience the ultimate polar expedition on a 17-day voyage to Antarctica. The ‘Ultimate Polar Expedition’ program accommodates a maximum of seven guests aboard an ice-strengthened vessel amid a cathedral of icebergs, whales, elephant seals, penguins, albatross and other seabirds sailing from the legendary Drake Passage to the Antarctic Peninsula. Led by a Natural Habitat Adventures Expedition leader and seasoned polar crew, the cruise begins in Ushuaia, at the southernmost tip of South America, and navigates the beautiful remote bays and fjords of the Antarctic. With an option to camp for three nights on land and kayak the remote waters, the cruise ends in Punta Arenas on the southern tip of Chilean Patagonia. There are two departures – 17 and 30 January, 2019.
