Ooh and aah over the neon-lit sky at this rooftop oasis on the 26th floor where a healthy mix of expats and locals get social. The Red Sky bar at Centara Grand CentralWorld is ridiculously good, as is the Octave Lounge at the Bangkok Marriott Sukhumvit.
