The Layar is an exclusive residential enclave in the heart of chic Seminyak featuring 23 private one-, two-, threeand four-bedroom self-contained villas. The property is situated on a quiet road and is just a short stroll from Petitenget Beach and Jalan Laksmana, where some of Bali’s best restaurants, boutiques and bars are located.
Contemporary architecture and chic interiors characterise each villa, providing impressive living spaces that are sculpted by the planes of the architects’ signature overlapping and sloping roofs. The concept of the two-tiered villa is open living and dining, and includes a light-flooded living and dining area, partly recessed kitchen with bar counter and open-tread stairs that lead to the mezzanine media room that gazes towards the pool.
For privacy and relaxation, the bedroom suites are located on separate sides of the villa, built with an ensuite bathroom that faces a small private garden. The glamorous bathroom is fitted with a large bathtub, shower and double basin.
Surrounding each villa is a private landscaped garden featuring a Bengkirai-wood sun deck with a curved swimming pool and Jacuzzi, available in all villas with two to four bedrooms.
The Layar offers a host of delicious all-day dining options and an extensive in-villa menu through serving simple options such as burgers and pizzas to delectable dishes such as rabbit and porcini pappardelle. There is also a dedicated kids' menu.
