SPRING INTO THE MORNINGTON PENINSULA

Located on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, just 90 minutes’ drive from Melbourne, the award-winning Peninsula Hot Springs is one of the finest natural hot springs and day spa destinations in Australia. Having recently completed an extensive refurbishment and expansion, the complex has unveiled its highly anticipated Bath House Amphitheatre, which includes seven new hot spring pools, including an aquatherapy pool, and the Fire and Ice Experience, featuring two saunas, an Ice Cave, a Deep Freeze at -25°C and cold plunge pools. Based on the healing principles of hot/cold therapy, this therapeutic experience is designed to provide numerous health benefits, including detoxification, reduced inflammation, increased metabolism, and improved concentration and sleep quality, to name a few. Additionally, there is also a café, wellness and activity centre, and the Amphitheatre, which will host a variety of art, wellness and entertainment for guests to enjoy from the hot pools.
