NEW LEADERSHIP AT BAROSSA’S APPELLATION
Executive chef Ryan Edwards has handed over the reigns at Barossa Valley’s Appellation at The Louise to new executive chef, Daniel Murphy. The one-hatted Relais & Chateaux restaurant is now under the leadership of Barossan local Daniel, after he opened up St Hugo Restaurant with Mark McNamara. Daniel has close relationships with Barossa producers and providores, and he highlights their premium ingredients in his seasonally inspired cooking. Daniel is joined by a new head sommelier from Sydney, Patrick Burgun, formerly from Sydney’s Aria restaurant and Barangaroo House.
