Secret Women’s Series adventures to Mt Kilimanjaro

Climbing to the summit of Africa’s highest mountain is the mission of the new tour as part of the Secret Women’s Series Summit to Sea tour – an all-female adventure to climb Mt Kilimanjaro. Along with adventure, the tour will include luxury stops on the island of Zanzibar. The Secret Women’s Series of trips have been designed for women by women, and are run by Australia’s The Classic Safari Company. A good level of fitness is required for the six-kilometres above-sea-level trek. The group is limited to 14 and will be accompanied on the climb by a team of highly experienced Tanzanian porters, guides and trek leaders. The trip will be escorted throughout by Australian adventurer and photographer, Kerry Lorimer. The 14-day Secret Women’s Series Summit to Sea adventure begins in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania on 17 August.
