Textiles of India

Join leading Australian stylist, interior designer and author Megan Morton as she tours to one of her favourite and most inspiring destinations, India. Between 22-29 October, Morton will lead a small group tour of five people from Ahmedabad and finishing in Mumbai. This is one for enthusiasts and lovers of textiles, as the group will be meeting the artisans that produce them and learning more about the centuries-old techniques used in their creation. The trip will follow a ‘non-5-star-path’ through India’s artisan communities, to Ahmedabad steeped in cultural history; and the craft heart of Bhuj. Morton also runs other immersive trips to other destinations in India, as well as Paris and Tokyo.
