Banyan Tree Hotel & Resorts has launched a reef-safe mineral sunscreen

as part of its bath and body line, Banyan Tree Essentials. The Coconut and Seaweed Mineral Sunscreen SPF 30 PA+++ is crafted from non-nano zinc and titanium oxides, instead of chemical filters like oxybenzone and octinoxate which are toxic to coral reefs. The sunscreen also contains a slew of ocean-inspired ingredients designed to care for skin, including algae extract and spirulina extract.
