Raffles Singapore unveils restaurant

The first of a series of restaurants to launch at the newly renovated Raffles Singapore is the 46-seat La Dame de Pic, Raffles – a collaboration with French chef Anne-Sophie Pic. As one of the world’s top chefs with a total of seven Michelin stars, this marks Pic’s debut into Asia. The restaurant is located in the Main Building of Raffles Singapore, replacing the previous Raffles Grill.
