After a two-year renovation, The St. Regis Venice has opened on one of the largest waterfronts in Venice. Once the former Grand Hotel Britannia, which opened in 1895, the new St. Regis hotel features 169 guest rooms and suites – many of which include private terraces or Juliet balconies. The hotel is located across the Grand Canal from Punta della Dogana, offering views of some of Venice’s most recognised landmarks, including the Santa Maria della Salute Basilica and the Punta della Dogana Museum. Interiors were designed by the London interior design studio, Sagrada. Rooms have been furnished to honour the cultural heritage of the building. All guests staying at The St. Regis Venice have access to the signature St. Regis butler service. Rates start from €480 (about A$771) per night.
