General
Itinerary arrival and departure times are always subject to change without notice. Silversea reserves the right to cancel, alter, advance, postpone or substitute any scheduled sailing or itinerary, substitute another vessel for the scheduled ship, or substitute or cancel scheduled ports of call, which, in its sole judgment and discretion, is justified for any reason, and to do so without liability for any loss whatsoever to guests as a result of said change(s). Additionally, Silversea reserves the right to cancel reservations and bookings in the event of a full-ship charter, whether or not a deposit or full payment has been received, and in such event, Silversea’s only liability will be to refund to the guest the amount it has received. Please refer to Silversea.com for the most current schedules, fares, and terms and conditions. Silversea reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions.
Early Booking Bonus Programme
Guests will receive 10% savings on the Silver Privilege fare for select voyages if full payment is received in full no later than the offer expiry date; full payment includes the cruise fare and any outstanding balances on the booking (air, hotels, transfers and land programmes). Offer not valid for Full World Cruise. Offer valid on new, individual bookings made before expiry date. Bookings made before or after the promotional period will not qualify for the savings. Cruise Fare
Cruise fares correct at time of print. For live pricing and availability please check Silversea. com. Fares listed in this brochure are in Australian dollars, unless otherwise indicated. Cruise fares cover certain shipboard services including: suite accommodations, on board meals and entertainment, gratuities aboard ship (except spa), complimentary beverages aboard ship (including select wines, champagnes, spirits, soft drinks, water, tea and coffee) and, on a limited number of select sailings, a special shore event. All fares are available in Australian dollars, are per guest and based on double occupancy. Special Conditions for Voyage E1210118022. To reserve a suite on the voyage E1210118022, a 25% deposit of the total cruise fare is required. Deposits must be received within seven days of booking or sooner, depending on time of booking. Unless otherwise noted, final payment must be received by Silversea 120 days prior to cruise departure. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, final payment must be received within 48 hours. Silversea reserves the right to cancel any booking not fully paid at the time final payment is due. Unlimited Included WiFi
Unlimited standard internet access is available for guests booked on voyages departing on or after April 1, 2018 for one (1) device per guest. Guests booked in Medallion, Silver, Royal, Grand, and Owner’s suites aboard Silver Cloud, and in Expedition, Medallion, Silver, Grand, and Owner’s suites on Silver Explorer will receive unlimited premium internet access for up to two (2) simultaneous devices per guest. Additional internet packages are available for purchase. WiFi service is not guaranteed. Silversea is not responsible if WiFi service is not available. No credit or other compensation will be provided should WiFi service not be available or should the WiFi allowance go unused. Programme subject to change.
Silversea Expeditions Air Charter Package
To facilitate travel to certain remote embarkation/ debarkation ports it may become mandatory for guests sailing on Expedition Fleet vessels to purchase a Silversea air charter package (“Air Charter Package(s))”. If an Air Charter Package is required, the charter flight will be in economy class and will include the transfers from the airport to ship and ship to the airport. Silversea will make the final determination of the necessity of a charter flight 120 days prior to the voyage departure date.
Extended Voyage Savings
Combine two or more consecutive voyages and save up to 5% on each voyage selected. Savings may vary by voyage and are subject to change or withdrawal without notice. Savings are applicable to full published voyages, but not to segments of the same voyage. Contact your travel professional or Silversea for applicable savings. Other restrictions apply.
Wild Expeditions – All Inclusive Offer
Fares represent the all-inclusive package price, are shown in AUD, per guest, based on double-occupancy in the lowest available suite category. Fares are capacity controlled and subject to change at any time without notice. Included in the Package are pre/ post-cruise hotel (depending on voyage), applicable transfers and roundtrip economy class air from select Australia gateways. In the event economy class air is not available (determined at Silversea’s sole discretion) or in case clients prefer not to book only the cruise ticket (e.g.: no package), a non-use Air credit in the amount of AUD 2,000 per person can be applied to the booking. Airfares are capacity controlled, subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. Business Class Air Upgrade is available for at Special Discounted Roundtrip fares; economy class will be substituted when business class is not available. Airline and routing are at the sole discretion of Silversea. Hotels are subject to change. Full passport information is required at time of booking and name changes are not permitted. No credit of any kind will be given for unused components of the Package. Silversea reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions. In case of succeeding voyages made by the same customer (combo or multiple bookings) the nonuse credit can be only applied once. Cancel/re-books do not qualify. Other restrictions apply. Antarctica – All Inclusive Offer
All Package Fares shown are available in Australian dollars, per guest, based on double occupancy in an Adventurer Suite on Silver Explorer. Fares are capacity controlled and subject to change at any time without notice. Antarctica All-Inclusive Package (the “Package”) applies to new full-fare bookings made between the promotional period dates, on select voyages. For promotional period dates please refer to website. Included in the Package are charter flights to/from Dunedin plus one-night’s pre-cruise hotel in Dunedin and applicable transfers. Hotels are subject to change. Guests opting to make their own hotel arrangements will receive savings of AU$250 on the Package fare. Business Class Air Upgrade available for AU$4,998 roundtrip. Air offer applies to new bookings made between the promotional period dates, on select voyages and at least 60 days prior to departure. For promotional period dates please refer to website. Offer for bookings made within 60 days of departure will be on request and pricing may vary. Business Class is only applicable to the transoceanic portion of the international flight itinerary; Economy Class will be substituted when Business Class is not available. Airfares are capacity controlled, subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. Offer applies to the first two full-fare guests per booking. Airline and routing are at the sole discretion of Silversea. Due to flight schedules, some voyages may require an overnight hotel stay postcruise; available at an additional charge. Full passport information is required at time of booking and name changes are not permitted. In the event neither Business Class nor Economy Class air is available (determined at Silversea’s sole discretion) or for clients booking “cruise only” or for non-Australian guests, a non-use Air credit in the amount of AU$1,500 per person may be applied. Kimberley – Air Offer
All Fares are in Australian dollars, per guest, based on double-occupancy on select Kimberley voyages and include return Economy Class Air. Fares are capacity controlled and subject to change at any time without notice. Promotional Business Class Air rate of 1,298 AUD per person is for return flights based on select Australian gateways only. Offer applies to new bookings made promotional period dates. For promotional period dates please refer to website. Promotional air offer is valid only for guests from Australia. In the event neither business class nor economy class air is available (determined at Silversea’s sole discretion), a non-use Air credit in the amount of AU$750 per person may be applied to your booking. Guests from Australia not utilising the Silversea promotional air offer will receive a non-use credit of AU$750 per guest. Silversea reserves the right to select the air carrier, routing and departure airport from each gateway city. Promotional air offer is only available to the first and second full-fare guests in a suite. Deviations to air travel dates are accepted; surcharges may apply. Due to flight schedules, some voyages may require an overnight hotel stay pre or post-cruise at the guests own expense. Additional restrictions may apply. Cancel/re-books do not qualify.
