RISING First Peoples Melbourne Art Trams added colour to Melbourne’s public transport system in 2021, with Indigenous artists invited to celebrate their heritage while making commuting around the city just a little bit more fun.

The project is back again in 2022, this year with the theme ‘Unapologetically Blak’. Artists successful in their design submissions will not only see their creation zipping around the streets, but will also receive a $10,000 commission.
