Top tips for frequent flyers

Cindy Luken, founder of consciously made Australian beauty brand

Lük Beautifood, gives her five top tips for looking and feeling great at the other end of a flight.

1. Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water, minimise your alcohol consumption and spritz your face with a hydrating toner or mist.

2. Eat well. Take fresh fruit, chopped vegetables and nut-and-seed snack packs to nibble on in small portions.

3. Look after your face. A calming, multipurpose balm with a soothing aroma will keep your face feeling clean and moisturised.

4. Foster a state of Zen. To minimise stress, use noise-cancelling headphones and listen to serene music to relax the mind and body.

5. Treat your lips. A good lip balm will give your face a lift after a long flight and keep your lips looking moist, soft and healthy.
