WATR AT 1 HOTEL SOUTH BEACH, MIAMI Miami can be hit-and-miss with the music, but if you get this place on a good night it can really go off. SCORPIOS, MYKONOS Overlooking the ocean in Mykonos, this hotel has day beds where you can chill. I really love the music they play there early on: it’s a mixture of Arabian techno meets shamanic house, but very chilled and ambient. TROPICOLA, BALI A beach bar with great food and music in Seminyak.

WOOMOON, IBIZA I’ve only been there once, but the music was awesome and it was set up like a mini festival. It’s one of the only places you can dance outdoors during the day in Ibiza. SOHO HOUSE, NEW YORK I spent a lot of time there in my New York days. It’s just a good hangout, good food, music, interesting people.

CLUB DER VISIONÄRE, BERLIN My memories of this place are a little hazy as I came straight off the plane, dropped my bags and headed to the club, as you do in Berlin. There was no pretence; people were just there for the music and to have a good time.
