Admitting he’s not the best at New Year’s resolutions, artist Shaun Gladwell is hoping 2019 might be his year for change. Although he doesn’t have any resolutions yet, he quips: “Whatever it is, I want to hang on for longer than the end of January this time.” As for why the traditionally video-first artist is embracing virtual reality now? “I realised images have finally lost their frame! VR has immense potential,” he says, excited for the future.
