Milan’s spring flowers VL LOVES:
For Vogue Living, Milan Design Week was punctuated by the heady fragrance of spring flowers. First stop on the week’s fast-paced schedule was Piazza Arcole, in the super-cool Navigli district, for a glimpse of magnificent spring blooms at La Double J. Five frenetic days later, our final stop was lunch at a wisteria-laden restaurant in Tortona. In between, the week was coloured by blooms, never more impressive than the 2000 flowers and herbs suspended from the façade of architectural studio Piuarch. Created by landscape architect Cornelius Gavril, Flowerprint included roses, oriental lilies, lavender, rosemary and mint. Visit ladoublej.com; piuarch.it.
