Doot Doot Doot ex­ec­u­tive chef Guy Stan­away crafted a ‘joie de bier’ tast­ing menu ex­clu­sively for the Stella Ar­tois Sen­so­rium din­ner at Jack­a­lope ho­tel. The menu was in­spired by the ar­ray of flavours in the Bel­gian beer, with such dishes as hop-smoked heir­loom beet­root with ri­cotta and burnt-but­ter car­rot mousse, and pork belly braised in Stella Ar­tois paired with peaches (above) har­vested from the ho­tel gar­den. Din­ner guests in­cluded Aus­tralian ac­tress and model Abbey Lee Ker­shaw, fash­ion de­signer Lindy Klim and model Ksenija Lu­kich.
