Emily has been with the ho­tel for the past four months and has been win­ning fans among Wan­garatta food lovers with a range of dif­fer­ent desserts she has cre­ated, in­clud­ing a smooth salted caramel semifreddo and a rose­wa­ter meringue topped with berries and hand­made Turk­ish de­light.
