Capturing your precious memories

Wangaratta Chronicle - North East Wedding Guide - - FRONT PAGE -

YOUR wedding day holds some of the most precious memories of your life, and as a photographer, Jennifer Boote works to capture the small details that often get lost in the excitement of the day.

She is also constantly looking for that ‘hero’ shot; the one that ends up on your wall to be looked at for years to come – even to be talked about with your children in the years ahead.

“I have been photographing weddings for over 4 years now.

“I wish I had started sooner,” Ms Boote said.

“Weddings are such a joy to photograph and to be part of.

“Every single one I do leaves me with wonderful memories.

She said she takes a personalised approach to every wedding she photographs.

“When I photograph weddings, or for that matter families and children, I look to capture the unexpected moments so the memories that are created form a story for the couple and their family and friends to remember in the years ahead.

“My motto is, ‘capturing unexpected moments that become precious memories’,” Ms Boote said.

She said that she was very flexible in terms of creating the perfect wedding package for each couple.

“I do have wedding packages that I offer, but I find that each couple has their own dreams and plans and I like to try and make my packages suit what each couple want.

“My packages are really only a guide to help you get started.

“Your wedding is first and foremost about you and that is how I focus my packages and my photography.

“Weddings are such a joy-filled day and I count it a privilege to be involved in every wedding I photograph.”

Ms Boote said she is extremely flexible with locations and happily travels around the region covering weddings from Albury to Falls Creek and across to Mt Hotham/Dinner Plain, Bright, Wandiligong, Myrtleford and Milawa.

“I love weddings in the snow,” she added.

She has also done a number of weddings around the Wagga Wagga/Culcairn area.

Ms Boote added there are many beautiful reception locations in our region, and this has inspired her to put together an online ‘Bright/Mt Beauty Wedding Guide’.

“The web address is www. jenniferbootephotogra au/weddingguide and I am progressively adding to this guide as I make more and more contacts,” she said.

“I also know of many beautiful locations for those wonderful ‘after ceremony’ photographs…. but I’ll leave them a secret until we chat”
