Making your shopfront pop
RURAL City of Wangaratta council has urged businesses to take part in a visual merchandising workshop held as part of the Small Business Development Program.
The workshop will be held next Tuesday from 5.30pm to 8.30pm in the Wangaratta Council Chambers.
Visual merchandiser and designer Ching Ching Lee from Pop Creative Collective will talk on how to make stores more appealing to potential customers and will provide inspiring ideas to help make shopfronts stand out.
Ms Lee is a multi-disciplined designer with a large portfolio of work including strategic brand development and marketing, retail planning, implementation of creative merchandising and store design.
“My key goal is to share the tricks of my trade with small businesses to help them gain more sales and attention through the visual appeal,” she said.
All staff in businesses ranging from retail to trade who wish to increase their customer appeal and profitability are invited to attend the workshop.
Brand development, shop frontage, creative merchandising and window displays are among topics to be covered.
