Van Berlo looking forward to O&M interleague debut
From back page “To make any interleague side is an achievement, but to make the O&M is pretty big; I am pretty happy with it,” Van Berlo said.
With a number of training sessions put together by cocoaches Jon Henry and Brad Murray, Van Berlo is expecting the game against Western Region to be quick and with high pressure.
“Just training with the other boys, it looks like it is going to be quick footy,” he said.
“There will be a lot of running involved and the skill level will be insane.
“After speaking to ‘Henners’ (Jon Henry), he just wants me to play my normal role, defend as well as I can and then hopefully get my hands on a few marks.”
