Ro­bot­ics hol­i­day pro­gram

STU­DENTS from Galen Catholic Col­lege’s VEX Ro­bot­ics team will lead a Ro­bot­ics and Cod­ing hol­i­day pro­gram at the Charles Sturt Univer­sity Wan­garatta re­gional study cen­tre in Tone Road on Jan­uary 22 and 23.

Pre­sented once again by the Dig­i­tal Tech­nol­ogy Ad­vi­sory Com­mit­tee, the pro­gram is be­ing held in 2019 fol­low­ing its pop­u­lar­ity ear­lier this year, and places are lim­ited.

The two-day ses­sion will run from 9.30am un­til 2.30pm each day and is de­signed for grade five and six stu­dents where they will learn about VexIQ ro­bot­ics, how to de­sign, build, code and drive ro­bots, in a fun and so­cial en­vi­ron­ment.

The cost is $60 per per­son with prof­its go­ing to the pro­gram - to regis­ter email aged­[email protected]
