Poised to go Global
ANNUAL CONCERT MOVES SUBURBS
SAN Cisco will headline this year’s Global Beats and Eats festival, which will be held in Marangaroo for the first time.
Shifting from its traditional home in Girrawheen, the free annual City of Wanneroo event will this year be held at Paloma Park on Saturday, March 18, starting at 4pm.
The indie pop four-piece band, which was formed in Fremantle, is expected to have the crowd shimmying with its infectious grooves at the event ahead of its 2017 album release.
Support acts will start from 4pm with the soulful tropical rhythms of Seychelles islander Grace Barbe.
Margaret River duo Salt Tree will then perform laidback surf harmonies before Caravana Sun deliver a loud, explosive performance.
The party will continue with five-piece band Jakubi providing a buffet of pop, R&B, hip-hop, rock and soul before San Cisco take to the stage.
The event will include more than 20 food vans offering meals from around the world, including gluten-free and vegetarian options.
