Lift­ing The Lid

Blad­der and Bowel Health Aus­tralia are ‘Lift­ing the Lid’ to talk about ways to pre­vent and man­age blad­der and bowel health is­sues, in­clud­ing in­con­ti­nence at a free in­for­ma­tion ses­sion. A qual­i­fied con­ti­nence nurse ad­vi­sor will at­tend to talk about com­mon blad­der and bowel is­sues and how to pre­vent and man­age them. So­cial Se­niors

Join the North­ern Sub­urbs Se­niors So­cial group for ‘The Gath­er­ing’ morn­ing tea with guest speak­ers, live mu­sic and sing-along, quizzes, prizes and a few laughs. A guest speaker from the WA Po­lice will present a talk on March 15. Free tea and cof­fee but bring along a plate to share. Gold coin do­na­tion.

Re­tirees Unite

Peo­ple no longer work­ing who want to re­main fit and ac­tive can join the north­ern sub­urbs branch of the As­so­ci­a­tion of In­de­pen­dent Re­tirees, which meets ev­ery third Thurs­day of the month. The free meet­ing will also in­clude a talk by guest speaker from COTA about Cy­ber Crime and how to avoid be­com­ing a vic­tim.
