JOON­DALUP En­core The­atre So­ci­ety is invit­ing guests to spend an af­ter­noon or evening At Home

With The Her­ring­bones. Wit­ness the tri­als and tribu­la­tions of this im­pov­er­ished aris­to­cratic fam­ily as they seek to save their crum­bling stately home. When an op­por­tu­nity arises to save the manor, all is not as it seems. Skele­tons be­gin to emerge and Wick, the age­ing but­ler, may know more than they re­alise. The play will show at ECU Joon­dalup at 7.30pm on De­cem­ber 1 and 8, and 2pm on De­cem­ber 2, and at Pad­bury Hall at 2pm on De­cem­ber 9. Twi­light mar­kets The City of Joon­dalup will hold the Twi­light Mar­kets in Cen­tral Walk over four Fri­day nights, start­ing Novem­ber 30 from 5.30pm to 9pm. Christ­mas fair The Bel­don/Iluka Unit­ing Church will hold a com­mu­nity Christ­mas fair and mar­ket stalls on Sat­ur­day, De­cem­ber 1, from 10am to 2pm at Pa­cific Way, Bel­don. En­ter­tain­ment will in­clude a ukulele group, chil­dren’s ac­tiv­i­ties and pho­tos with Santa. There will be 25 mar­ket stall­hold­ers sell­ing cakes, plants, bric-a-brac, mys­tery gift stall, morn­ing tea and a sausage siz­zle.
