How to make your final wishes count
A FREE seminar about wills and estate planning is set to be held in Mindarie by the Public Trustee to mark WA Will Week.
It will cover making and safely storing a will, who can contest it, what executors and administrators do, and the benefits and risks of enduring powers versus guardianship and administration orders.
The session will also outline what happens if you die without a valid will, with research showing almost half of West Australians over the age of 30 have never made a will.
It will be held at Quinns Mindarie Community Centre on May 26 from 10.15am to 11.45am.
Bookings are essential via phone on 1300 746 116 or go to trybooking.com/BPVOV.
