Discover how to transform into a healthier and happier you

-

Jan Street’s father was diagnosed with cancer in 2013 and she was determined to do all she could to help him. Jan and her partner Mark attended The Gawler Foundation’s Eat Well Live Well Retreat at Yarra Junction.

The retreat was based on learning to cook with cancer fighting foods. The whole program made a large positive impact on her father’s health, helping him feel healthier and happier more than ever before.

The program helped reduce stress, helped boost Vitamin D levels from the sun, and helped eliminate most of the processed foods that could cause future disease.

This is what lead Jan to organise the Latrobe Valley Health and Wellbeing Expo.

The event will host Leah Mether Unblocking the Roadblocks, Kathy Ashton - a medical nutritionist who will speak on diet and disease, and Tegan Steele - who cured her mother from Crohns disease and her own IBS.

The event will host a large variety of exhibitors in the health and wellness industry including retreats, massages and fundraisers. With plenty of entertainment for the children including face and henna painting, Koko the Clown, jumping castles, live music and more.

So come down to Century Inn in Traralgon on Sunday November the 15th 10am-4pm.

Event organiser Janice Street.

All details are on www.lvhwexpo or call 0409 345 908.

There will be a big fire engine out the front.
