Probus cluster day generates interest

-

Probus club members from Warragul, Drouin, Garfield and Trafalgar recently gathered for an annual cluster event at Danny’s the Venue, Warragul.

Bob Kirkland said 148 people attended the event which featured lunch, entertainment and member displays.

“Each year we get together for an event,” said Mr Kirkland.

“It’s an excuse for a day out, nice lunch and meeting up with old friends.”

He added members from eight local Probus clubs attended the cluster event.

This year, a few members from each club were asked to showcase their interests which ranged from craft to various collections.

“It was something we tried,” said Mr Kirkland. “It created a lot of interest.”
