Drouin & District Community Bank Branch turns 15
Drouin & District Community Bank® Branch is getting ready to celebrate its 15th birthday on 12th April 2017.
Chair, Terry Williamson said the locally-owned and operated branch had grown from strength to strength since it was established in 2002.
“Thanks to community support, and the hard work of our branch staff, we have been able to build the business steadily over the past 15 years,” Terry said.
“We plan to continue to share this success with our community through future grants programs and shareholder dividends.”
Since opening its doors, Drouin & District Community Bank® Branch has grown to boast $223 million in banking business.
Terry said Drouin residents, traders and community organisations had all learned the benefits of banking locally.
“As our profitability grows, so too does our ability to channel our profits into much-needed community infrastructure and services,” he said.
“Our branch was set up by the community, for the community, so we are always looking for ways we can help strengthen Drouin and the surrounding community.”
Drouin & District Community Bank® Branch will celebrate its birthday with the distribution of sports balls to a number of local schools as well as a number of activities throughout the day on April 12th and is inviting the whole Drouin community to come along and join in the festivities.
“We also encourage everyone to meet our new Branch Manager, Rob Hutchinson, who looks forward to meeting the Drouin community and delivering good old fashioned customer service to our clients,” Terry said.
Celebrations will kick off at 42 Princes Way at 10am on 12th April. For further information contact Rob Hutchinson on 5625 4544.
