Historic trestle bridge forms wedding photo backdrop
The Outpost Retreat in Noojee was the venue for the wedding of Stephanie Duncan to Jarrod Williamson on February 18.
Stephanie walked into the wedding ceremony, conducted by Jo Jolly, to the xylophone music played by her brother Leon.
A reception followed at The Outpost Retreat with wedding photographs captured at the Trestle Bridge in Noojee.
Stephanie is the youngest daughter of Bob and Gai Duncan of Warragul and Jarrod is the eldest son of Andrew Williamson of Swan Reach.
Stephanie wore a gown featuring richly embellished Swarovski beading on the bodice as well as a full layered tulle skirt and train.
She wore a shoulder-length veil with a clasp of Swarovski beading and carried a bouquet of Australian native flowers and some pink roses.
Stephanie’s bridesmaids were her friend Sarah Longobardi and her two sisters Jayne McGoldrick and Megan Shields.
The bridesmaids wore long midnight blue gowns and carried similar bouquets of Australian native flowers and roses.
The flowergirls were Stephanie’s nieces Alanah and Hayley Shields and Ruby McGoldrick. Her nephew Sam McGoldrick was page boy.
The flowergirls wore off white dresses with beading on the bodice and a headpiece of flowers matching the bride and bridesmaids.
Jarrod’s best man was friend Pete Malamatinas and his groomsmen were brothers Lucas and Randall Williamson. The men wore black suits with white shirts. Stephanie, together with her attendants and parents, travelled to the wedding in a limousine. The couple joined guests on a bus to travel back to Warragul.
The couple are planning a honeymoon in the Northern Territory later this year and will make their future home in Narre Warren.
