Wakefield Vogrig & Boote Lawyers are one of the larger firms in the Gippsland region.

They are able to provide clients with experience and expertise in a large array of legal areas, including conveyancing, family law, wills and deceased estates, business law, retail leasing, criminal law and intervention orders.

Employing 26 locals, including nine lawyers, Wakefield Vogrig & Boote Lawyers pride themselves on giving the best service to their clients.

The three principals of the firm are Sabina Wakefield, Anthony Vogrig and Kylie Boote.

Sabina’s expertise is in the areas of property law, wills, estate planning, probate and deceased estates.

Anthony and Sabina have provided professional advice to locals for over 30 years and have overseen many aspects of the development and expansion of Drouin and Warragul.

Anthony is an accredited specialist in business and property law.

As head of the family law department, Kylie has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all areas of family law, together with an empathy and understanding of her clients’ needs.

After an incredible 46 year career with the firm, Anthony Gauci retired at the end of 2016.

Anthony was the recipient of the inaugural Victorian Legal Executive of the Year Award in 2015.

Fortunately, Anthony had trained many of their conveyancing staff and they continually strive to provide service of a high standard to all their clients.

The firm has been utilising PEXA to complete property settlements.

Electronic conveyancing reduces the manual paperwork and processes associated with property settlement by enabling lawyers, conveyancers and financial institutions to transact together online.

E-Conveyancing minimises the risk of errors and delays, giving greater certainty of successful and on time settlements.

With offices in Warragul and Drouin, Wakefield Vogrig & Boote Lawyers are a dynamic and progressive modern rural law firm.

Their lawyers take the time needed to fully understand their client’s legal position and to provide both professional advice and representation for all legal matters.
