Display villas officially open at $37 million Trafalgar over 55’s village

-

Three display villas at Encore Living Trafalgar are officially open and ready for viewing with construction of stage one and two villas now underway.

This boutique village for over 55s is situated between Davey and Hardy Drives, Trafalgar and when completed will consist of 92 architecturally designed villas, community centre (clubhouse) for the exclusive use of residents, landscaped gardens and resident community facilities.

The project on completion will have a finished value of $37 million and will bring economic benefit and associated employment to the region.

Encore Living Trafalgar provides an exciting opportunity for those over the age of 55 who would like to move into a brand new 2 or 3bedroom villa with double garage.

These master-built brick-veneer homes also include a quality kitchen, 6-star energy rating and reverse cycle heating and cooling.

Property and sales manager, Debra Beary says that interest in the village is high and suggests that now is the perfect time to select your preferred location and also suggests that getting in before the villa construction is complete provides an opportunity for you to personalise or modify your villa.

An emergency call system will be a feature of each villa and the community clubhouse will include a heated indoor swimming pool, gym, multi-purpose room, lounge, kitchen and dining areas.

There will be areas where the residents can screen a movie, enjoy an outdoor barbecue or lose a day in the well-equipped workshop.

“If you’ve got friends or family, including the grandchildren, they can take full advantage of the facilities too,” Ms Beary said.

“Come and see for yourself how wonderful life can be at Encore Living Trafalgar.”

She said Encore Living provides quality homes and facilities for likeminded people and the residents take care of the rest, creating a strong community atmosphere.

Encore Living has made a considered decision to encourage its residents to be active members of the wider Trafalgar community by choosing not to construct its own bowling green and will instead, sponsor local Trafalgar Bowls Club tournaments.

“We feel that it is important for our residents to develop a sense of belonging, both within the village, as well as in the wider community,” Ms Beary said.

The village is in an ideal location on the Melbourne/Bairnsdale train line, and only a short trip away from regional hospitals and Melbourne’s outer southeast.

Drop in to the display office and villas from 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday (or by appointment on Saturday) at Hardy Drive, Trafalgar or call Debra to register your expressions of interest and reserve your preferred location on 1800 ENCORE (1800 362 673).
