A huge advocate for health and wellbeing, Rachael Chandler understands too well the diversity that the fitness industry offers.

Rachael, with years experience now focuses on offering memorable experiences and building a culture that brings people to a club not a gym.

More importantly she looks at the ever growing facts that are bigger than our club and what she can do to help the epidemic of unhealthy living and obesity.

“Today I look at the problems and the facts we face as a community, as a country and as ordinary people. I want to offer a service that can help. The facts about women’s health, childhood obesity and diseases like depression are astounding and frightening,” explains Rachael.

Less than a quarter of women are doing the recommended 75 minutes of exercise a week. Rachael and Voyage Fitness will begin the expansion of the ladies only suite, offering a bigger and more private space to workout in.

Did you know 25 per cent of kids are in the overweight to obese category?

Rachael has introduced a kids’ holiday program where the kids can explore activities and have fun in a friendly and safe environment.

Look at depression in our new mums, one in nine are facing hardship with the change in their lifestyle upon the birth of their newborns.

Voyage offers a place to workout in with their babies and other mums who are experiencing some of the same feelings and issues

Voyage cares about the mental health and wellness of our community.

They want to change the message that they are a club, not just a gym, where you can be educated and supported.
