Carmen Christie - First National Warragul
Being a woman in business is not new for Carmen Christie, she first became a business owner at 21 when she opened “Bloomfield Plants” on the corner of Smith and Palmerston Street in Warragul – yes there was a nursery there and had been for 47 years.
Soon after she bought the old Nilma North Primary School, where she lived and grew most of her plants and opened this site as well – “Bloomfield Plant Farm.”
Hard work is nothing new for Carmen who has now opened another seven-day-a-week business.
2017 brings a very exciting year, opening First National Warragul with her business partner, Stuart Brock.
Many agents promise a high level of service but Carmen actually delivers it. Excellence in service and communication are the key qualities Carmen believes separate top agents from average ones.
“I get a lot of personal satisfaction in achieving a great result for my clients while minimising stress or inconvenience. It's about hard work, determination and reputation.”
Carmen has extensive sales experience, is highly trained in negotiation and sales processes and has been able to adopt these skills and knowledge from her extensive 17 years' experience in real estate.
This experience, combined with a strong customer focus, has proven time and time again to have exceeded her clients’ expectations. Carmen's personality, sense of humour and empathy enables her to easily relate to people. She has a very easy going nature and put simply, just really cares for people and their needs.
Carmen's expert advice is free and just part of the service. As a professional investor, Carmen has personally purchased, and sold numerous properties.
She is happy to offer ideas on how you can maximise your return when it comes time to sell your property.
Carmen was born and grew up in Warragul, attending St Paul's and completing her schooling at Marist-Sion.
