Man killed in collision

A 44-year-old Trafalgar man was killed in a single car collision on the Mirboo North-Trafalgar Rd near Thorpdale on Sunday morning.

Police said the driver died at the scene of the collision that occurred between 9.30am and 10am. The fatal collision occurred 200 metres south of the Narracan-Connection Rd.

Police said the man was driving south in a white Toyota Hilux dual cab utility. The car left the road and crashed into a tree.

Investigators are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision or may have seen the Toyota utility before the collision to contact Trafalgar Police or CrimeStoppers (1800 333 000).
