Calm & confident HypnoBirthing
Danielle Black, practitioner at the Pre-Conception, Pregnancy and Post-Natal Clinic on Victoria Street, Warragul, is pleased to be offering Calm & Confident HypnoBirthing Classes in addition to her other services.
Most known for her specialisation in preconception and fertility, Danielle was one of only a few Australian practitioners to have the opportunity to be trained by renowned UK hypnotherapist, childbirth doula and published author, Sophie Fletcher, in one of Sophie’s few visits to Australia.
Underpinned by the evidence-based book ‘Mindful Hypnobirthing’, written by Sophie, Danielle’s birth preparation classes and consultations are designed to help pregnant women, and their partners, feel confident and positive leading up to, and during, the birth of their baby - no matter what path their birth takes.
With ongoing resources and support, including professionally recorded MP3s for use at home, Danielle’s clients are supported to feel increasingly confident and calmly excited as they prepare to meet their baby no matter whether they are first-time mums, experienced mums, or mums planning a VBAC or caesarean birth.
The next one-day Calm & Confident HypnoBirthing Class is scheduled for Saturday 20th January, 2018, and places are limited.
Private birth preparation classes and consultations are also available, in addition to Danielle’s pre-conception and fertility services.
